Essential duties & responsibilities

1. Develop and test new software applications and solutions. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications, and also for code testing and debugging. As a junior software developer, you will be responsible for supporting our software team with all aspects of developing, testing, and implementing our products.
 
2. Entry-level software engineers, also known as junior software developers, work alongside more senior software engineers in developing, testing, and maintaining software applications. Junior software developers generally work normal working hours, though sometimes may work nights and weekends to meet deadlines or solve technical problems. Software developers must be comfortable with testing, debugging, and improving their own code as well as that of their teammates in order to deliver products on time.
 
3. They can also be responsible for reviewing customer support data to detect potential defects and measure the customer's level of satisfaction with the new software. The duties of software interns can include maintaining existing software products, designing new software, and installing and configuring software.
 
4. The software trainee can perform various jobs, depending on the company they are working at. After the software trainee has worked on various aspects of software development, including designing and coding, then he is then a software developer. Software trainee usually starts their career doing little coding jobs, working closely with the lead software developer or programmer.
 
5. Instead of a software engineer, you might be called a system/software/database/web programmer, engineer, or developer, depending on the systems you are developing. As software engineers are typically responsible for managing support systems required for the effective operation of the organization, this role may also require effective communication and translating needs from various teams to the design of systems.
 
6. Develop software solutions while researching the needs for information, consulting with users, and studying the systems flows, data use, and working processes. Analyzes user's needs and suggests designed software solutions to address them. Supported testing of OS-level software, and filed 150+ update and bugfix reports.
